• *Facility Project Manager Job Description**
- Coordinate and compile specifications and requirements for all facility projects from relevant mill team / Asset Leader
- Work with procurement team in the preparation of tender documents
- Review and analyze tender submissions for decision by mill leadership
- Develop milestone in accordance with expectation for each project, identify critical path and manage & regularly update project progress and ensure timely completion
- Identify potential issues before they occur (such as potential delays) and act accordingly to prevent it from occurring while
- Establish close communication with mill leadership/team for status update and timely review/brainstorming for resolution of hiccup if any
- Ensure Permit To Work (PTW) is obtained by contractor from mill EHS team before work execution
- Conduct regular inspections of work done by contractors to ensure that it align with statement of work / specification
