• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs, specifically within FinTech, ERP, and NGO sectors.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
