Job Responsibilities:
• Lead & Manage Security Operations (24x7) team, VAPT, and drive accountability for cyber security delivery
• Influence and improve security process, oversee technical delivery and daily operational activities
• To evaluate, design and recommend administrative and technical cybersecurity controls
• Strong articulation skills to explain security solutions and their value propositions to customer
• Provide security inputs to other team members, administrative directions and support in the daily course of operations
• Should have fair understanding of offensive and defensive cybersecurity
• Should be thorough with anatomy of common attack techniques
• Oversee the Incident Response of SOC
• Mentor the team and evangelize other stakeholders
• Manage the security team and the cross-functional security SPOCS
• Keep abreast with new and upcoming threats and provide remediation measures to respective teams
