· The Medical Assistant (MA) program director is a full-time, benefitted, tenure-track, faculty categorized position located at the Torrington Campus. The MA Program Director must use multiple learning methods in the classroom to maximize student learning. The primary duty is to prepare and deliver in-class, hybrid, and/or on-line instruction to students with the ability to provide flexible class scheduling as needed. Strong personal leadership, organization, instruction and communication skills are needed to meet program requirements and enable student success.· Full-time faculty members are contracted to teach the equivalent of 30 credit hours per academic year (Fall and Spring terms). Full – time faculty are expected to be on campus a minimum of thirty (30 hours per week including five (5) posted office hours per week.
