TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection have partnered with a leader in Waxes, Adhesives & Coatings to recruit a Product Specialist - Heerhugowaard, Netherlands - Packaging Coatings & Adhesives.

This is a critical position within the business and will work with a team based throughout Heerhugowaard, Netherlands with responsibility for product design, development, enhancements & modifications to develop innovative product solutions & chemistries across all fields of packaging applications.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
• Ability to work on site in Heerhugowaard, Netherlands.
• Educated with an Engineering or Chemical degree discipline.
• Demonstrated experience within Packaging Coatings & Adhesives technology with a knowledge of water-based polyolefin dispersions, wax based coatings & hot melts.
• First hand experience in heat seal & barrier coatings, inks & over-print varnishes or laminating adhesives in the packaging industry.
