Responsibilities
• Identify necessary improvement to computer systems
• Identify and solve problems in hardware and software solution
• Responding to Technical Support calls from end users of computers and software application & Microsoft office
• Design, implement and maintain computer systems and networks which may include laptop, servers, network equipment, operating systems, Email configurations, cctv and card access & software applications
• Maintaining inventory of hardware & Software
• Maintain and updates systems documentation
• Maintain and enhance security, recover lost data, and resolve system crashes
• Oversea IT vendor selection and management, including hardware, software, Antivirus software & networking and telecommunications.
• Managing backup of Servers, In case of loss data
• Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults - Installing updates, known as patches, to software application
