Main Purpose of Position:

Manages according to quality, environment, work safety rules, employee-customer satisfaction by taking into consideration of production and auxiliary operations, project implementation, workplace optimization, high quality service, cost, inventory quality, productivity to achieve company targets.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensures planning of all the repair and maintenance processes, their follow up and control in production and auxiliary plants with respect to production orders to be completed on time and in requested amount. Identifies bottlenecks faced in lines, machine and equipment in production and takes the lead by generating projects for the solutions.
• To keep maintenance and fee costs (workforce, equipment, energy, consumables) under control and in consistent with the targets, communicates periodically (weekly, monthly and 3-month) with all the workers on the continuity of cost reduction efforts.
