Job Summary:

Responsibilities determining material specifications, creating and maintaining

inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external

stakeholder relations.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure appropriate supply of cost-efficient and high-quality materials for

steady production and product delivery.

Review MRP Net report weekly and replenish orders accordingly.

Request quotations, conduct price comparisons, and update pricing in the

system.

Monitor items with shelf life closely.

Schedule production of Paint and Ink, raise POs for Ink Paste, Paint Paste,

Chemicals, and Pigments.

Schedule Blister Cards, Blister, and Chemicals for vendors, expedite goods to

support production.

Responsible for surface coating materials and PIM, ensuring compliance with

Mattel's requirements for 17 elements of HE.

Collaborate with Product Integrity team for annual supplier certification.
