We are currently looking for Full Time Assistant Bar Manager with strong management experience within the hospitality sector.

The key role of the Assistant Bar Manager is to support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager by taking ownership of our main bar; The State Room Lounge. Your aim should be creating and ensuring a consistent beverage experience for our guests, exceeding expectations, and maintaining the highest service standards.

The State Room Lounge is the hub of the hotel where our guests gather to relax and unwind. The bar has a strong focus on cocktails, alongside high-quality spirits, and wines.

Your Key Responsibilities:
