Reports to Projects Director

Summary of Position Project Coordinator role will oversee various projects from start to finish supporting Project Managers & their projects. You will focus on how to save the company’s time and money by making projects more time-efficient and cost-effective. Through leadership skills and organisation, you will help teams produce the best project possible for the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING

· Providing full administrative support to the Project Teams
• Ensuring all paperwork is filed on SharePoint within the relevant job folder

· Outlining the project objectives clearly and presenting to Project Managers or Projects Director following event briefing
• Working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Raise Purchase Orders with suppliers and subcontractors including hired in equipment
