What Are We Looking For?

Our Asset Management and Technical Services team is looking for a Site Manager to join the division in Southampton on a permanent basis working across Southern Water. Reporting to the Project Engineer and Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for controlling and managing all RSE activities on site, including sub-contractor activities and ensuring all works are performed in accordance with the specifications and relevant safety standards.

Please note this position will require flexibility on working location, with accommodation provided by RSE.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:
• Instructing, directing, controlling, and allocating work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices.
• Ensuring that all activities undertaken on site comply with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management requirements.
