Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their service needs. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Greet customers, book appointments, receive vehicle keys, plan workshop diary, take payments.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
