John Cotton Group Limited require a Machine Operative to lead a team at Mirfield in Bonded Wadding Department for its continued expansion you will report into the Shift Manager. In this role, you will be leading the team on a shift-by-shift basis to ensure the highest quality of product at the highest standards are manufactured to our customers. A reasonable amount of overtime, both during the week & the weekend, is expected to cover holidays, sickness, and seasonal uplift.
