We would love to hear from experienced Administrators with the skill set to lead, oversee and coordinate the reception team to ensure that all visitors have a high quality, consistent positive experience. You will be responsible for all onboarding checks, employee contracts as well as HR systems, and the processing of payroll on a monthly basis as well as supporting residents and relatives with contractual documentation. As an administrator you will support the Home Manager and other Heads of Departments to ensure operations run efficiently. This is a busy role that is an integral part of the team and therefore you must be able to manage your time and organise yourself and the administration function very well.
