We are recruiting an Aftersales Manager to join our outstanding team at our Vertu Motors BMW and MINI York dealership. If you would like the opportunity to become part of one of the UK's largest Motor Retailers, then this could be the role for you.

We are offering a competitive basic salary and an OTE of £70,000 plus an excellent range of company benefits and company car.

Duties

As the Aftersales Manager, you will be managing a team of Technicians, Service and Parts Advisors, helping them to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction our customers require. The main duties of the role are to:
• Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and Customer service.
• Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
