We are delighted to be representing our prestigious client, seeking a talented solicitor to join their esteemed Real Estate team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly qualified or up to 2 years qualified solicitor with a passion for commercial property matters.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of tasks, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property-related finance and lending, as well as options. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in commercial property either during training contract or in their post-qualification experience. Additionally, knowledge of planning, building, and construction would be highly advantageous.

Candidates with previous exposure to agricultural property and leasehold portfolio management will have a competitive edge.
