Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client based in Luton. Previous sales experience is ideal. However, full product training will be given to candidates with no previous sales experience, who are keen to build a career in internal sales, lead generation and developing business.

This role could also be an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, looking to take their first step in building a successful career in sales. Essential Skills / Appitude: Must have a real interest in going into sales/business development and forging a successful career in sales Previous telesales, lead generation, upselling or pro-active customer advisory experience is ideal Self-motivated and a team player A strong communicator both verbally and written Ability to learn quickly IT Literate Good rapport building skills mainly on the phone.
