As a grower, there shouldn't be any surprises in the day-to-day responsibilities. Pest management, irrigation, weeding and communicating with the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time. On the supervisory side, you'll be there to support, train and develop your team to understand all there is to know about growing quality plants. Who For? We are currently working with a client who specialise in the production and distribution of quality young plants, poinsettias and added value products.
