The ESCC Work Experience team are seeking a Work Experience Officer to work with schools, young people and employers to deliver high quality work experience opportunities.

Work experience supports young people to make career decisions, develop employability skills and support successful transition into further education, higher education, apprenticeships and the workplace.

As part of the role, you will liaise with schools, young people and employers, provide administrative support to the team, undertake pre-placement health and safety checks and ensure the efficient running of a responsive and cost-effective work experience service.

You will have the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels, knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and excellent IT skills.
