To train and assess all activities associated with EHV Overhead lines operational requirements and set standards. Key Accountabilities: Promote and encourage a culture that aligns with and actively supports the company values. Perform all training, assessment and certification of OHL (Overhead Lines) Training for the business. Train assess and verify construction activities such as plant and vocational qualifications. Work in conjunction with the Training team to develop added value training solutions in support of business needs now and in the future. Understand the importance of corporate governance and ensure consistent measures and standards are applied.
