We are looking for a staff nurse to work in a Learning Disability setting based in Chalgrove, the role is 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. The Salary is £29,000-£35,000 depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to work in a supported living setting.

The role will be providing specialist nursing support to people with Learning Disabilities, you will be organising the staff team ensuring that each individual receives the best support. The role includes days, nights and weekends on a rota basis.

There will be continued training and support and you will carry out duties in line with local guidelines, you will communicate with the family and other members of the team and also will be reporting back to the management team. You may be required to help with daily tasks such as money management, transport, outings, meals and would be supporting on visits to school, family & friends.
