Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent
Location: Blind River
Years Experience: Intermediate (4-9 years)

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure contractors work safely and adhere to safety program requirements.
• Develop detailed work plans according to the company’s workforce planning processes.
• Supervise field labor on mechanical/piping scopes of work ensuring safety and quality.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Inspect completed work, identify deficiencies, and manage their completion.
• Monitor schedule and productivity, resolving issues collaboratively.
• Validate and approve contractor labor, equipment, and material reports.
• Coordinate field activities between contractors and the company operations team.

Skills / Previous Experience:
• Experience with multi-discipline mechanical work (mechanical equipment, piping) required.
• Experience in a brownfield construction environment is required.
