Your Role at Cabot Provides Human Resources service delivery at small site/plant, which is often not a legal entity. Manages all HR activities including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and training. · Manages all HR activities including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and training. Ensures site’s compliance with regulations affecting labor practices.
· Participates in training across site to enhance skill levels of the workforce, thereby contributing to the organization’s overall effectiveness. Participates in the delivery of Cabot’s Visions and Values training.
· Implements local compensation systems and processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
