Our client is an engineering design consulting company that works within the field of industrial projects as well as specialty commercial project development. They currently have a ~150mm Agriculture processing plant project located in BC that they are managing from FEED to Construction. The need that they have is an electrical engineer that can support the hook up of power from a BC Hydro Substation to the plant. The scope would be a few hundred meters of medium voltage cable to the plant site and the associated sizing of electrical equipment to provide power in the plant site (Switch gears, transformers, breakers).

The electrical engineer will need to be a P.Eng and have past experience designing and putting the specifications together for all equipment and layouts to a substation to ensure the reliable energization of a plant site.
