Our client is a food manufacturing company in Thailand.

The company is now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Plant Controller.

Responsibilities
• Managing cost control, financial planning and strategy, operational planning, and exploring new business opportunities.
• Knowing other food/beverage processes is highly valued both in terms of operational efficiency and overall financial management.
• Being hands-on knowledge of financial and operational reporting and controls.
• Understanding of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources).
• Being familiar with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Being knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
• Working closely with the CEO to achieve targets specified in AOP and striving to achieve operational and financial goals.
