Location: Onsite in Cyberjaya and will need occasionally travel to sites

To work in shifts, with shift allowance

Job Summary: Provide engineering support for the Security Operations Center (SOC) environment and its software life cycle management. Collaborate with the SOC team to deploy new features, perform data engineering tasks, and troubleshoot issues related to SOC technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Test and deploy patches for SOC systems.
• Support the SOC team in planning the life cycle of security log sources, including on-boarding, modifying, and decommissioning log sources.
• Perform data engineering to extract data and load it for security monitoring.
• Work with the SOC team to deploy new features and changes to the SOC environment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SOC technologies within the SOC environment and escalate to Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
