Responsibilities:
• Leads the people hiring and development processes in line with the COFICAB's business needs.
• Develops a clear framework for learning and development activities.
• Implements performance management & talent management process in line with COFICAB'standards and policies.
• Implements the end to end recruitment process of the company including recruitment needs identification and analysis, recruitment campaign launch, initial preselection of candidates, candidates interview and evaluation.
• Defines prospective shortlists, launch hiring decision approval, designs, and implements and follow up on the job initiation training program.
• Identifies and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
• Designs accordingly the training plan and budget.
