Copley Academy is a rapidly improving school. Our December 2021 Ofsted report describes the “great strides” that leaders have made and praises the “high aspirations” for students and the “broad and ambitious” curriculum. Most importantly, the report also says that students are “happy and proud” to attend the Academy.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Teacher of English to join our forward-thinking English department on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be inspiring and have the ability to achieve excellent results. They must demonstrate passion for the subject and be able to motivate students. There will be an expectation to contribute to the planning and delivery of our curriculum at key stage 3 and key stage 4.
