An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with the appropriate appetite, ambition, and skillset to lead and grow Strutt & Parker’s rural valuation provision in Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire, as part of the thriving Rural Land Management and Consultancy team.

The Salisbury Strutt & Parker team is a lead provider of rural services to an excellent range of prestigious and innovative clients and provides a great platform from which to significantly expand the valuation business.
The successful candidate will undertake formal RICS Red Book Valuations of farms, estates, land, and residential properties (both urban and rural but generally upwards of £1m) for a variety of valuation purposes throughout the region which will include secured lending and tax valuations.
