Have you always wanted to work as a Children's Residential Support Worker but never had the chance?

We have an AMAZING opportunity for a Support Worker - Young People and Children to join a children's residential service in Hereford, Herefordshire, supporting young people between the ages of 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and motivated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and behaviorally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.

No two days are ever the same, so you need to be happy to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. It is challenging, but incredibly rewarding work!!

Location: Hereford, Herefordshire - Contract: Permanent

Salary: £27,336 - £30,336

Hours: Full time

Rota: 2 on 4 off shift pattern

Hours: 7.30am - 11pm- sleep / 7am - 11pm - sleep / 7am - 8am.
