Seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to join their Analytical Services division, you will be instrumental in leading a team of Managers within the Chemistry department, holding responsibility for up to 60 indirect reports. With a strong operations focus, you will coordinate and oversee daily laboratory functions and productivity, developing and supporting your team of Managers. In addition, you will work to improve operational efficiency and best practice such as lead times and project delivery.
