An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who is experienced in complex mental health care to join our specialist team as a Nursing Support Practitioner.

To be successful in the role, you will be passionate about delivering person-centred dementia care, possessing good communication and interpersonal skills and will have recent experience caring for people with dementia, preferably as a Support Worker.

You will be joining our team of hard-working and caring professionals within Alderwood, a 24-hour specialist mental health care unit for older people commissioned by the NHS. Your main role will be to be to assist our residents who have dementia in the general domestic routine of their home and to provide clear and positive leadership to our team of Support Workers.
