Kitchen Porter (Apprentice)

As a Kitchen Porter for Sodexo at Wellington College in Crowthorne, you will be a key part of the kitchen team. You'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness within the kitchen and food and beverage preparation areas. Washing all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment, and food service equipment.

To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety, fire, hygiene, and COSHH regulations governing the work you are undertaking, and to ensure the correct chemicals and detergents are always used.

To report any shortages in equipment or chemicals to the supervisor
