Junior Systems Administrator | Broadband Provider | Up to £35k | Fully Remote

We are currently working with our client as they revolutionise broadband experiences for their customers. The position is responsible for the organisation's IT/BSS support function, which uses a wide range of instruments and technology.

This role is a great chance for a 1st or 2nd line support engineer to transition into systems administration.

Key Responsibilities: Controlling access, rights, and user accounts in Office 365 and SharePoint. Using MFA to administer Entra ID for safe user authentication. applying Microsoft Intune to package and deploy apps quickly and effectively. Using Autopilot, manage Windows 11 and mobile device deployments, including physical device builds and end-user dispatch. Ensuring a seamless user experience and transition for OS updates and device migrations. Putting security settings and policies into practice for managing devices and users.
