The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the art and science of bread baking, particularly sourdough baking, a passion for working with organic ingredients, and a commitment to producing high-quality, flavorful bread. As their Baker, you will play a key role in upholding their bakery's reputation for exceptional organic bread products.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of organic sourdough/bread products, including loaves, rolls, and specialty bread items, following established recipes and techniques.
• Maintain and monitor the sourdough starter, ensuring its quality and consistency for use in daily baking operations.
