We have a great opportunity for a customer focused, empathetic individual to join our Housing Management team as a Coordinator.

On a day to day basis, you will work alongside our Housing Officers ensuring that our customers receive a great customer focused service, providing a high standard of accuracy, efficiency and empathy.

Youwill provide support and administrative services to the Housing Officers.

You will be in contact with our customers, providing advice on their tenancies, or sign-posting to the correct team.

This is a great opportunity, with training and development opportunities available to you to support your career progression.

This role is being offered on afull time,permanentbasis and will be based in ourTolvaddon Office. A hybrid working style is an option.
