Part Time Job Coach / Community Mentor Required

This position requires a motivated, self-driven individual to ensure the safety and general well being of a team of supported adults.

Job coaching and leadership skills a must, with particular experience in lawn care, gardening and snow removal. The successful applicant must have experience in general maintenance of lawn mowers, snow blowers, tools and how to instruct people safely on their use.

Constant supervision is required while on shift. Full training will be provided and assistance is always on call. The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to work outdoors.

Experience driving a half ton truck towing a trailer required.

20 hours per week. (flexible times)

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and follow-up

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work as a team member and possess effective organizational skills
