Water Management Engineer

$77,718.46 - $103,695.05 annually, plus 6.5% recruitment and retention adjustment.

The Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship is accountable for integrated land and natural resource management of water, land, fish and wildlife. The ministry is responsible for implementing integrated decision-making on these resources in partnership with First Nations, communities and other ministries.

The Water Management Engineer provides professional engineering guidance and expert technical advice to ministry staff, local authorities, federal agency reps, First Nations officials and British Columbia residents for the engineering, planning and management of the Water Allocation Program and water licensing applications.
