It would be best if you enjoyed working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision and have SAP Business One system experience. You should be experienced with acquiring and processing invoices, assisting in reconciling accounts and paying or receiving payment from vendors and customers.

General Description

Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and correctly posted.

Verify and investigate any discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

Generate reports detailing accounts' payables status.

Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
