Requirements Early Childhood Certificate and / or equivalent experience working with children ages 0-6.

Nobody’s Perfect Facilitator training an asset

Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Canva.

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Ability to lead and facilitate group discussions effectively.

First Aid and CPR

Can lift 30lbs and manage 20 stairs

Duties Connect families with relevant service providers in the Elk Valley.

Facilitate group programming for children and families

Supervise child minders and manage program budgets effectively.

Provide monthly statistical reports.
