The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to deliver a brand new development of 130 traditional build houses in Somersham, Cambridgeshire. This is a 50% open market and 50% partnership development in recognition of the past years market conditions meaning the site is not dependant on plot sales. The successful manager will take this project from groundworks to completion under a Senior Site Manager, then move on to the next phase of the development in the same location.

What they are looking for

The candidate will need to have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as an Assistant Site Manager; able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
