Target Security Group, a fully integrated multidisciplinary security and facilities management company, is recruiting a Regional Manager.

S/he will execute the following:

Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.

Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.

Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.

Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.

Retaining and growing the portfolio in the Central Region

Experience:

-Strong commercial skills

-Business Development

-Communication

-Presentation

-Analytical skills

-Police and Army background is preferable

Requirements:

Knowledge of Security SOPs is a MUST

The candidate must have extensive experience in security management or a similar role, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting and demonstrated track record.
