Key Responsibilities
• Represent the Company in selling products or services within the assigned territory
• Reach out to potential leads through cold calling, engaging approximately 60-75 leads daily
• Generate trial classes by pitching to parents and encouraging them to take part in trial sessions
• Coordinate with our tutors to conduct demo sessions and strategically close sales
• Devise effective strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets
• Report to the direct supervisor or manager on customer-related matters
• Motivate team members and foster teamwork towards common objectives
• Maintain and improve positive business relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future sales opportunities
