LusakaMain Duties & Responsibilities:
Full ownership of the GTM through leading day-to-day Commercial Operation performance of the Business. Responsible for maximising revenue generation as well as Service delivery. Overall responsibility for building and delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy. Lead and transform the Sales and Business Development function of the Business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
• Manage the Sales team through the Sales Manager – Fiber
• Oversee the lead generation process
• Development & execution of Market appropriate Sales Strategies across all Segments and Key Verticals
• Develop and own the national indirect sales channel model and roadmap to meet near and long-term Sales objectives
• Strategic Sales
• Route /Territory mapping
• Pricing
• Accountable for the Annual Company Sales budget, including business case/justification, annual planning and ongoing (monthly /qtr.) management
