Purpose of Position

The Security Scheduler, Lead is responsible for executing the daily schedule of services requested and provided by QS Security. The Security Scheduler, Lead manages and modifies crew and Owner movements to meet security requirements. The Security Scheduler, Lead interacts with external vendors as well as Owner Services, Travel and various other departments that logistically support the execution of the daily schedule to achieve service and security requirements. Additionally, the position will be responsible for driving process refinement and implementation, project management, invoicing, cross-team /discipline collaboration, maintenance of internal, and external stakeholder relationships.
