Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Management:

• Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives.

• Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team

. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Lead by example by actively engaging in the sales process, closing key deals, and managing key accounts.

3. Technical Expertise:
