Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Body Shop Manager at hi tech auto dhanbad located in Dhanbad. The Body Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the body shop, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality repairs and customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory and equipment.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in an auto body shop or similar role
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in computer software and systems used in auto body shops
• Certification or degree in automotive technology or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver's license
