We are currently looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to join Carmarthen Council's Children's Assessment Team, on a full-time 3-month contract. As part of the Intake and Assessments team, you will be part of a fast-paced environment, where you will be surrounded by experienced and supportive team members. Carmarthen Council is a Local Authority that is constantly expanding and is consistently providing the best possible care to all of their service users.

Your new role

You will have the chance to work on a hybrid working model along with their flexible working policy that allows you to manage your own time. You will be undertaking aspects of assessments associated with Children's Social Work and providing the best possible care to improve the lives of the service users you are interacting with.

What You'll Need To Succeed
• Social Work Degree
• Registered with Social Care Wales
• Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months of UK experience
