New opportunity: Corporate Solicitor

Department: Corporate & Commercial

We are looking to enhance our Corporate Department with a corporate / corporate and commercial solicitor with ideally 3 - 5 years’ post qualification experience or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with existing and new clients.

Your role will see you engaged in matters spanning all aspects of the corporate life cycle, in particular
• mergers and acquisition transactions
• advising on incorporation, constitutional arrangements including shareholder agreements
• traditional/alternative funding requirements
• lending and security
• corporate re/structuring and joint venture arrangements
• partnerships and other corporate vehicles.
