JSW Recruitment are looking for an exceptional General Manager for a brand NEW opening of a high volume full table service restaurant with coffee shop, deli and farm shop in a superb setting.

This is Permanent role but will give some work life balance as the Restaurant will be a daytime operation, your evenings will be free!

The role is paying up to £50,000pa depending on experience.

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the smooth day to day running of the restaurant, coffee shop and customer dining experience. As a key member of the senior management, you are required to be a driving force of the business, a welcoming and recognisable face for all customers and to motivate and train your team to deliver excellent customer service.

This is part of a branded chain so ideally you will have 3 years+ of managing large single and or multi-site branded restaurants and will be used to driving a large team both front and back of house to deliver excellent customer service... More Detail
